Extended time for the prosecutor to bring charges in the case of suspected terrorist crime etc. in Stockholm

The defender has admitted the request and the Court then decided to grant the request without an oral hearing. The new time limit for the prosecutor to bring charges in the case is set to December 21st 2017. In the meantime the suspected person is still detained on the same grounds and conditions as the court decided upon in its decision on September 29th 2017.
